why lsu so high?
Thanks for the question. The main reason I have LSU on the 8 line is because they are a hot team right now. They are my auto bid from the SEC because they have the best record at 5-1, and over the last 3 weeks have won at @Tennessee and blown out South Carolina, Mississippi State, and Ole Miss.
Their overall resume is probably in the 10-12 range. The committee tends to overseed teams playing well at the end of the year and underseed teams playing poorly though, and I try to reflect that tendency in my projections.
I hope that answers your question.
